I sent a request for tickets at approx 10 pm the night before I wanted to visit Louvre museum. Was little worried there was no ticket issued that night, but the tickets were emailed in pdf format the next morning about 945am.
The tickets needed to be then printed out in A4 format.
Once done and presented at the Louvre, they worked as described.
I am satisfied, hence the 4 star review.
