I am a solo traveler backpacking all over Europe. The Louvre Museum is one of my nicest visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful, it was possible to leave my backpack in a safe place. I literally got free guiding, because I asked the staff inside the museum about the arts, they were are very informative. I already want to go back.
We flew all over from the US to see the famous Mona Lisa and Venus De Milo and it was not a dissappointment. We have also made very good photographs for ourselves. We only wish that we had more time in there. One day was not not enough at all...
The whole experience would have been better if we would have received some guiding, because the museum is huge and beautiful, but there aren't any information about the arts located in there. But other than that, of course it was a nice experience.
