Wonderful time spent in a beautifully maintained building. Extremely popular with tourists, so expect to queue outside. Booked on line , early entrance time slot and found it easier to get around. Plenty of toilets and signage to popular exhibits.
Louvre as always, no words to describe this amazing place. A lot of things to see inside. When visiting Paris, you should definitely visit the Louvre! Aside from the artworks, the architecture of the whole complex is also absolutely worth seeing!
We loved the Louvre. Being with kids 6-11 years old, we spent around 1.5 hours, which is a travesty with the amazing art but realistic for our kids. We used Rick Steve’s app Louvre audio tour which hits the highlights with lots of insight and context and kept the older kids occupied. We had Paris museum passes for the adults and reserved an early morning entry time. The line was long but moved quickly. One unexpected thing was for younger kids there is plenty of gallery seating if they get tired and need a rest.
